There are two main types of exercise that you can undertake, aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic means with oxygen. It has an important distinction, which is to burn fat as the main fuel, whereby anaerobic exercise burns sugar as the main source of fuel.
Exercise does not have to be drastic in order to provide large benefits, despite common myths. Fat will still be burned even if you select to undertake light exercise.
Lactic acid, which is waste in the body, will be eliminated with light exercise, whilst stimulating your cells to regenerate. To ensure that you are burning fat rather than sugar, there are several different things which you need to undertake as you exercise.
Firstly, breathing deeply is the most important thing that should be done when undertaking any form of exercise. It is essential that you always breathe deeply into your stomach through your nose, hold it for a few seconds and then exhale hard through your mouth.
Secondly, you should always ensure that you exercise at a comfortable level. A level of 7 out of 10 whilst being able to carry out a normal conversation whilst you exercise is recommended. This should be done for 45 minutes on a daily basis. You will then begin to notice just what quantity of energy you have.
You can never use the excuse that you have no time for exercise, rest assured that there is always time. If necessary, use the time that you would normally spend sleeping, rise from your bed earlier in the morning and begin. You will be surprised as to how good it makes you feel and it will result in you needing less sleep than before.
Your lunch break at work can also be used to undertake some form of exercise. You will also notice that the increase in productivity will keep you more on the ball and you can save time through the dramatic increase in your overall productivity.
Cellularise, or rebounding, is classed as one of the best forms of aerobic exercise. If you have access to a rebounder then you should certainly not hesitate to use it. It is recommended to use any break that you have at work to undertake some form of movement and deep breathing.
Your heart will strongly benefit from any form of exercise that you undertake. It will become a much stronger and larger organ. Your lungs will also become stronger and larger with deep breathing. Research now exists which shows that exercise is linked to the prevention of each and every ailment.
The correct blood flow will also be promoted with the movement of the joints, along with creating energy rather than sitting down all day, which will steal all of the much needed energy from your body. The promotion of blood flow, circulation, energy, brain flow and the strength in your heart is essential if you sit down all day. By devoting just a little of your time to exercise, you will find that you are much healthier than you have ever been before.
